Is UK London Chauffeur a licensed and insured chauffeur service?
Yes, we are licensed by both TFL and Hertsmere Borough Council and fully insured as are all of our chauffeurs.
All our drivers and guides are thoroughly vetted to ensure they conform to our extremely high standards of customer service, and are qualified and very experienced to make sure you have the most comfortable and enjoyable time.
What type of vehicles do you offer, and can I choose my preferred one?
Subject to availability, you can choose from a variety of luxurious, prestige vehicles, including executive-class cars such as Mercedes E Class to Rolls Royce and everything in between.
Also available are executive minibuses and executive coaches for up to 55 passengers.
We also offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
And for the adventurous – or those in a real hurry – we offer a helicopter transfer service too!
Do your chauffeurs have knowledge of historical and cultural sites, or will a separate guide be needed?
All our chauffeurs are very experienced tour drivers and know London and other cities very well, but if you require specialist historical or cultural insights, we have a panel of highly-qualified blue badge tour guides who can accompany you on your tour and give you expert insights.

Can the itinerary be customised to include specific attractions or personal interests?
Yes, the itinerary is entirely up to you!
We can of course offer tours of the most common and popular sites, but if there are specific sites you want to see or places you wish to go, we’re here to accommodate your every wish!

Tours can be as long or short as you wish, so just tell us when you want to start and stop, and we’ll work with you to plan your itinerary accordingly.
Can we make unscheduled stops for photos, dining, or shopping?
Yes, of course. We know you want to explore our great country and all it has to offer, so our tours include time for stops. And if you do want to stop for extended stays at restaurants, bars, attractions or stores, let us know and we’ll make sure you get all the time you need.
Are your tours private, or will there be other passengers?
All our tours are private, and bespoke to your needs.
Do you provide special experiences, such as afternoon tea, Michelin-star dining, or exclusive access to sites?
We like to think that all UK London Chauffeur experiences are special! If you provide us with the details, we can make bookings on your behalf for restaurants or other dining experiences.
Pricing & Inclusions
What is included in the price - fuel, parking, entrance fees, meals, etc?
All our prices are fully inclusive of fuel, parking, tolls and congestion zone charges.
Where additional costs might apply – such as entrance to attractions or restaurants – we’ll always tell you in advance, so there are never any nasty surprises.
Are there any hidden charges or additional costs for extra stops or waiting time?
These are included if we know about them in advance, and we do always try to be flexible. However, if there are extended additions to the schedule, we’ll always let you know that there might be an additional cost, so you can make an informed choice.
Do you require a deposit, and what are your payment options?
We usually ask for payment in advance, and these can be made by credit card, debit card or BACS.
We can also offer account facilities for regular bookings – please speak to us about how we can set these up for you.
Do you offer discounts for multi-day bookings?
Whilst we are transparent and offer a fixed price tariff for our tours, we are always happy to discuss volume discounts to recognise loyal clients.

Do your vehicles have WiFi, refreshments, and entertainment options?
Our vehicles are equipped with wifi and Bluetooth for connections to your own entertainment devices.
There is always plenty of complimentary bottled water available. Other refreshments can be supplied on request, and additional costs may apply.
Can you provide child seats or accommodate special accessibility needs?
Yes, we have fully compliant child seats available on request, and we can provide wheelchair access vehicles for anyone who needs them.
Is there a luggage allowance if we have suitcases?
There is no restrictions on luggage other than what can physically fit in the vehicle.
If you advise us in advance, we can ensure we have the appropriate size vehicle for all your needs.
Do you offer concierge services or restaurant reservations as part of the tour?
We can provide this service for you if you provide us with your requests in advance.
Can we request a bilingual chauffeur if needed?
